Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

 Placing an order

 Ayurleaf has categorized the products according to the health benefit that they offer. This allows you to browse through the categories and choose the products that best suit your requirement.

 Once you select the product and choose the shipping method and click on checkout, your credit card details will be verified manually to prevent fraud. Once accepted, the order will be confirmed and dispatched.

 Ayurleaf will send you an email once your order is dispatched. This will contain a unique tracking id that you can use to track the location of your shipment.

 If you have not received an email from us, then please check your junk mail folder.

 

 Shipping

 We ship our parcels via Express Mail Service or EMS and Registered Air Mail and priority express shipping. The charges and the delivery times for these vary. We do not ship to P.O boxes.

 Ayurleaf ships worldwide except to a select few countries. To know more, speak to our customer service team.

Duties & Taxes

 Depending on your country of residence, additional customs duties or taxes may be levied on the shipment. Paying all additional duties is the respontibility of the customer. Ayurleaf will not bear any such expenses.

 Failing to pay such duties on time may lead to the shipment being confiscated. We will not issue a refund in this scenario.  

 

Returns and Refunds Policy 

Ayurleaf takes pride in supplying high quality premium herbal products. And we have a dedicated shipping and packaging team that works hard to ensure that all our packages are shipped in an immaculate manner.

 If the package that you receive is damaged or incorrect, then please return it to us within 30 days of dispatch with a proof of purchase.
